A in Sociology from Hindu College, University of Delhi, New Delhi Proposed Project: In Repose Project Overview: Created during the lockdown in Goa, In Repose dwells on the quiet intimacy of domestic spaces shared with the more-than-human world. A moth pauses on an old electrical switchboard while a frog rests on the rim of a toilet. The works reflect on the gothic placidity of isolation- where silence heightened attention, and small creatures emerged as companions rather than intruders. Through careful observation, this diptych invites a reconsideration of the overlooked ecologies that quietly inhabit our everyday lives.
