Looking for a Spa Therapist role with a difference? Coleg Cambria is looking for a passionate Spa Therapist to join its team at the Yale campus on a flexible hours basis. This is an opportunity to combine your love of delivering exceptional treatments with the chance to inspire and mentor the next generation of spa professionals in a real-world commercial spa environment. Working alongside experienced educators and industry professionals, you'll support students as they develop the practical skills, confidence and professionalism needed to succeed in the wellness industry, all while providing an outstanding experience for spa clients. What you will be doing: • Delivering high-quality spa treatments and exceptional client care • Mentoring and supporting learners during their practical training • Providing constructive feedback to help students build confidence and employability skills • Managing client appointments and supporting promotional activities • Helping maximise bookings, retail opportunities and client satisfaction • Working collaboratively with colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment This role is ideal for an experienced Spa Therapist who enjoys sharing their knowledge, building relationships and making a genuine difference to the future of the industry.
