Our Flight Attendants turned a routine flight into a 98th birthday Gena will never forget. When Susan quietly mentioned that her mother's milestone birthday was the next day, our Crew didn't just say "Happy Birthday." They organized the whole plane. They dimmed the cabin lights and had Passengers illuminate their call buttons as birthday candles. Then came a crown, a margarita, and a full-cabin rendition of Happy Birthday. 🎂 Moments like this are a reminder that Hospitality isn't a policy but a Culture.
