So he began hand-decorating champagne bottles for Customers celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and other milestones. What started as a thoughtful gesture quickly became a tradition! Today, his decorated bottles continue to make their way onboard, helping turn flights into unforgettable memories. 💙 ❤️ 💛
