Our vision is to create communities where everyone has a safe home in a place they are proud to live. And our new strategy has been designed to deliver just that. We heard from over 5,000 residents alongside hundreds of Southern Housing colleagues, and what we were told helped us to identify our three top priorities as we move towards 2030. These are: 1. To improve our repairs service 2. Achieve top marks against the Regulator’s consumer standards 3. Restore our finances.
