Once complete, the scheme will deliver up to 4,000 million litres of Class A recycled water each year to local farmers across Cardinia Shire Council. This willโ€ฆ ๐Ÿฅ• Support food production with a more secure, climate-resilient water supply ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŒพ Support 90+ jobs across construction and agriculture ๐Ÿ’ฐ Boost gross regional output by an estimated $104 million Stage 1A includes around 22 km of new recycled water pipeline, supplying farms in Pakenham South, Cora Lynn and the south of Tynong, with stage 1B to extend another 27km to Vervale, Catani, Iona, Garfield and Bayles. The $113.2 million scheme is funded through a $66.6 million investment from South East Water, alongside $46.6 million from the Australian Governmentโ€™s National Water Grid Fund.
