💧Frankston tees off with recycled water⛳ Recycled water is now flowing to Frankston City through a new pipeline, boosting water security and keeping local community spaces green. The Monterey Recycled Water Scheme will supply about 98 megalitres of Class A recycled water each year. That’s helping protect sporting reserves and community facilities, even in drier times.
