I still hear of candidates waiting months (sometimes almost a year) before hearing back. Or feeling discriminated against (whether by an individual or a system). Or feeling like they have no shot among thousands of other applicants. But less and less quality talent are willing to stay quiet about bad experiences — and that’s a good thing.
