Digital Serendipity ------------------------------ Came across a treasure trove — a memory from #17years ago that still feels incredibly vivid 😊 Back in Delhi (Summer of 2009), at the Finals of the National Competition for Young Managers hosted by All India Management Association (AIMA), we (Prathap Seetharaman, Thirumoorthy Arumugam & I) had the privilege of representing Tata Consultancy Services We were honoured as National Runners-Up for our paper: “Innovate, Restructure and Reorganize: Challenges and Opportunities for India Inc.” What made it even more special? We had anchored our thinking around an unconventional yet deeply rooted framework — the #Trilogy of Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwar — to decode transformation in #India Inc. Looking back, it wasn’t just about the recognition. It was about the energy of young minds, the courage to think differently, and the ecosystem that backed us. Grateful for the unwavering support from Dinanath Kholkar Baburaj Vasu Sundar Ponnana Gideon Joseph — memories like these are built together.
