We pointed an AI agent at our own infrastructure and told it to break in. It hit a wall, and then it wrote its own way around it. The brief was simple: find and exploit weaknesses, safely. So we equipped an open-source agent harness, OpenClaw, with a penetration testing toolkit and turned it loose on one of our real internal environments. Not a simulation. Mid-assessment, the agent ran into a limitation. Instead of stopping, it proposed its own solution and kept going. That's why we're sharing this. Defenders need to see what AI in live environments actually looks like: not just automation, but systems that adapt on their own, mid-task. If attackers are building with these capabilities, understanding them isn't optional. Watch how the team set the guardrails, and what happened next 👉 https://lnkd.in/gkTSQueq
