Fresh back from holiday, middle of a heatwave… so the obvious choice for Sunday was to spend it as Baboo Brewing's unpaid labour at the Conker Makers Market. (tbh the promise of a cold gin and tonic was good enough to get me there alone). Now I'd be lying if I said I wasn’t dreaming about being at the beach given the weather (we managed an evening sea dip don’t you worry) but nothing can beat going out there and chatting to customers face to face, or watching them try CHAI-PA for the first time. Plus meeting other local businesses and traders is always one of my favourite parts. Massive thanks to everyone who stopped by for a chat, bought a can or came to support. It's appreciated more than you realise 💚 And, because I know it’ll embarrass him… I am of course very proud of what Harry Kimberley has done with Baboo Brewing so far. Fifteen stockists across the South Coast in such a short space of time is pretty decent going. Plus if the rumours about what’s brewing next are true… you’ll want to keep an eye on this space. 👀
