After nine brilliant years at Savills, I have decided to make a permanent move to the French Alps. A slight change from the London working life, I have joined Peak Property Services, a premium chalet management company operating across the Three Valleys. I work alongside Emily Liggins MRICS at Peak Property Services, providing bespoke chalet management across Meribel and Courchevel. We focus on looking after residential properties to the highest standard, whether used privately or for rental (or a mixture of both!). Our services are flexible and can be shaped around individual needs, covering a range of services such as maintenance, key holding, concierge and security, through to liaising with in-chalet staff, third party contractors or your chosen tour operator. Essentially, we are your eyes and ears on the ground in resort! Being based here year-round also allows us to support owners with summer renovation or development projects, first hand ensuring properties are fully prepared for each winter season.
