Earlier this month, #SonyPics executives and creators attended the BANFF World Media Festival, the international conference and marketplace for top industry professionals.   Oren Uziel, Creator, Showrunner and Executive Producer of Sony Pictures Television’s (SPT's) Spider-Noir sat on the Showrunner Superpanel, featuring acclaimed showrunners discussing the creative instincts and strategic decisions behind today’s most talked-about shows.   Suzanne Prete, SPT’s President of Game Shows, participated in The Future of Unscripted: Global, Social, Scalable panel, where top unscripted executives explored how formats evolve across platforms. Suzanne highlighted how SPT is extending iconic brands like Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune beyond traditional television through streaming, digital, social, live events and interactive experiences, creating new ways for audiences to engage while preserving what fans love most. Flory Bramnick, SPT’s EVP of U.S. Distribution, served on the Grand Jury of this year’s prestigious Rockie Awards. The Grand Jury is composed of experienced industry professionals selected from around the world for their expertise within the appointed categories.
