This June, our employee resource groups hosted a global panel on inclusion and allyship, with perspectives shared across roles and regions. And in Aurora (US), colleagues and their families joined the Pride march.    That kind of exchange is part of how we work. Delivering solutions for people with hearing loss depends on teams that bring different experiences and viewpoints, and on an environment where people are treated with respect and contribute based on their skills and experience.
