Sonepar has entered into an agreement to acquire LCI Group in Portugal, an electrical material distributor with national presence in Portugal through the three companies Tanqueluz - Comércio de Material Eléctrico, Futurluz- Distribuição de Material Elétrico and Vedrel. By acquiring these companies recognized for their excellent market knowledge and strong customer relationships, Sonepar will improve its ability to deliver integrated solutions, combining local agility and specialization with the scale, innovation, and financial strength of a global leader.
