After an incredible 3.9 years journey at Jio, I leave with a deep sense of pride, gratitude, and an emotional bond with the #AnalyticsDepartment team. This journey has truly been a roller coaster for me — filled with challenges, opportunities, unexpected learnings, lunch breaks, coffee chats, and countless moments that created unforgettable memories. As we all know, a first company is always special — first manager, first team, first project, first meetings, first issues — everything becomes a part of your foundation. I still remember joining Jio as a fresher in 2022 — a little afraid, a little confused, but full of hope. Over time, my managers and colleagues transformed that uncertainty into confidence, growth, and some of the most meaningful experiences of my career. A heartfelt thank you to my Unit Leads, Anil S. Sir, Selvanayagam PB Sir, and Mileend Sawant Sir, for giving me opportunities to work on different technologies and for continuously helping me enhance my technical skills. Special and sincere thanks to my manager, nittu george Sir, who has always encouraged me to take on new challenges. He believed in me even during my toughest situations and played a key role in my professional growth. I am deeply grateful to all my managers for their constant guidance and support, and to everyone who made this journey so special. The conversations, collaboration, late problem-solving sessions, and even the challenging days — everything will always remain close to my heart.
