I am thrilled to share that I have completed my FRT (Future Research Talent) program at the ANU Research School of Earth Sciences, The Australian National University(ANU College of Science). This incredible journey would not have been possible without the invaluable guidance and support of my supervisors, Dr. Meghan Miller and Dr. Chengxin Jiang . Their expertise, encouragement, and mentorship were instrumental in shaping my research and enhancing my learning experience. During this period, I immersed myself in an intriguing research project titled "Characterizing Near Surface Structures Beneath the Lake George Basin Using Traffic Noise." My work involved analyzing 30 days of ambient seismic data recorded on nodal seismometers, leveraging traffic noise to image and comprehend the near-surface geological structures in the Lake George basin area. This experience allowed me to delve deep into geophysical characteristics and explore different software packages written in Matlab and Python. I am grateful for this incredible opportunity to advance my understanding on HVSR method for subsurface imaging and contribute to this fascinating field. #FRTProgram #Research #Geophysics #SeismicData #EarthSciences #ANU #LakeGeorgeBasin
