Today, we proudly inaugurated our brand-new facility dedicated to the F‑35 program, a major milestone for Sonaca and for Belgium’s aerospace industry. Through BeLightning, alongside SABCA and ASCO and with the support of SFPIM, we are combining expertise, precision and ambition to deliver high-value F‑35 horizontal tailplanes, with the very first unit now fully produced in Belgium 🇧🇪   We were honored to celebrate this milestone with our partners Lockheed Martin and BAE Systems Air, as well as distinguished Belgian authorities. Because behind every high-performance aircraft… there are teams working as one.   Honored to welcome Prime Minister Bart De Wever, Minister of Defence Theo F., Walloon Minister-President Adrien DOLIMONT, PhD, and Vice-President Pierre-Yves Jeholet, a strong endorsement for our industry.
