Building AI for consulting firms | Ex-Bain

Most "AI transformation" efforts are failing and it's not because companies lack budget. It's because decision-makers fall into one of two extreme buckets: ❌ "ChatGPT is just for rewriting emails" on one hand ❌ "I will bring in AI and replace all my analysts tomorrow" on the other Both are wrong. The real value sits in the middle (and is massive): using AI to automate routine tasks while your team focuses on what humans do best: nuanced thinking and expert-level evaluation of AI output. Here's my favorite ChatGPT prompt for complex tasks: " Your tasks: 1. First, go through attached docs and summarize the insights.  2. Then brainstorm 3 different approaches and list pros and cons of each 3. Then expand on my approved approach.  Do these tasks one by one. Ask me every time before moving on." Remember to switch on "think longer" mode. This forces the AI to break down the problem statement systematically instead of jumping to conclusions. Game-changer for deep thinking kind of work. But this only works if you understand LLM workflow fundamentals: - How LLMs actually "reason" with context - Knowledge base design that prevents hallucinations - Prompt chaining that doesn't fall apart after 2 steps - Context rot - Human-in-the-loop workflows that scale I've compiled 10 such nuanced techniques into a practitioner-level guidebook for Sales and Marketing leaders. Comment "Guide" and I'll DM it. (Send me a connect request if we're not connected so I can reach you!)
