Most "AI transformation" efforts are failing and it's not because companies lack budget.
It's because decision-makers fall into one of two extreme buckets:
❌ "ChatGPT is just for rewriting emails" on one hand
❌ "I will bring in AI and replace all my analysts tomorrow" on the other
Both are wrong.
The real value sits in the middle (and is massive): using AI to automate routine tasks while your team focuses on what humans do best: nuanced thinking and expert-level evaluation of AI output.
