Most people think table tennis bats are red and black for spin. That’s wrong. In 1986, the ITTF made it mandatory - one side bright red, one side black. Why? So opponents can clearly identify which rubber is being used. Because transparency ensures fairness. And that’s where it gets interesting… Small design decisions often carry big strategic intent. In sports→ colour shows intention. In business→ disclosure builds credibility. Regulations don’t restrict performance. They protect integrity. This is what fascinates me - how simple rules reflect deeper systems thinking. Curiosity builds knowledge. Knowledge builds advantage. - The Finance Lens https://lnkd.in/dBi3AkNd #Leadership #BusinessStrategy #LearningMindset #SportsScience #MBA #ProfessionalGrowth #CriticalThinking #Transparency #CareerGrowth #Logic #DidYouKnow #SportsFacts #TableTennis #LearnSomethingNew #MBAJourney #LeadershipLessons #TheFinanceLens #GrowthMindset #BusinessThinking #ITC #ITCGreenCentre #ITCIntern #ITCFinanceIntern #Marketing #Finance #MinistryofSports #AIMK #BESC #Butterfly #Stiga, #DHS #JOOLA #Nittaku #Tibhar #Yasaka #Xiom #Donic #Andro Army Institute of Management, Kolkata ITC Limited TT mate: Surya Pratap Singh Jhala, Praveen Kumar Location: ITC Green Centre
