Most of my LinkedIn connections will not be able to understand this video as it’s in Lithuanian 🇱🇹 , but if you watch it, you may travel to Lithuania 🇱🇹 without ever being there. Hopefully, it will be a reason you book your flight there or explore opportunities in Lithuania 🇱🇹 . I recorded this short interview with Grįžtu LT at the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry, where we talked about where to start finding opportunities in Lithuania 🇱🇹 , what surprised me, and what excites me about being back.   Frequently, when we live abroad, opportunities in your own country seem so far away. We see distance as an obstacle. It’s true that it’s more challenging to do that. However, boarders don't define the impact we want to make, and maybe that's exactly what makes the work more meaningful. I hope this video will help you to follow your heart because when you follow your heart, you find the opportunities you’re dreaming about. For me, everything started with one uncomfortable questions: Why not me? Why not the opportunities in Lithuania 🇱🇹 ? Why not now versus when things settle or sometimes in the future? I am so grateful and humbled to record this video.
