📸 Frans was already part of Solvay in 1988. Back then, he couldn’t have imagined that one day his dear colleague would be replaced by none other than his daughter.​ At our Linne Herten site, Lisa first joined as an intern and has now been a Laboratory Analyst for four years. She’s building her own path, while learning from her father, a Quality Control Manager with decades of experience.​ A beautiful Solvay story across generations that shows that what we pass on matters just as much as what we build. 🌱​ #EssentialForGenerations​
