A remarkable day of insights, achievements, and celebration! πŸ”ΈπŸ”Ή Yesterday, the Solvay Lifelong Learning community came together for a double-feature of cutting-edge strategy and well-deserved recognition, at Cybersec Europe 2026! Here is a recap of the highlights from the day: 🧠 AI Security Roadmap tabletop exercise: Our morning kicked off with a hands-on, intensive session led by Jesper Bork Olsen, Chief Security Officer at Palo Alto Networks, and Women4Cyber Foundation. Participants engaged deeply to assess organisational maturity in securing AI, walking away with concrete, 90-day implementation-ready frameworks. The rich discussions and high-level networking continued well into the community lunch that followed. πŸŽ“ The definitive highlight of the afternoon was the formal graduation ceremony for the Executive Master in Cybersecurity Management Class of 2025. Academic Director Georges Ataya opened the ceremony by emphasising the commitment, curiosity, and resilience it takes to complete such a demanding programme. That drive was evident as graduate Betty Godier shared reflections on behalf of her peers, followed by remarks from Topic Leader Taco Mulder. Supported by faculty members Els Nevelsteen and Remy Knecht, it was a proud milestone as these professionals officially stepped into their roles as advanced cybersecurity leaders. A proud milestone of the day was seeing each graduate take the floor to receive their certificates and officially step into their roles as advanced cybersecurity leaders. And it wouldn't be equally inspiring without seeing our Women4Cyber laureates and alumnae take a moment to celebrate the growing impact of women in cybersecurity! πŸ₯‚ To close out the day, the energy shifted to the Brasserie for a celebratory cocktail reception. It was a wonderful opportunity for graduates, faculty, and industry peers to raise a glass, reflect on the journey, and forge new connections. A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed to making this day an absolute success. To the EMCM Class of 2025: Congratulations, you have truly earned this achievement! #CybersecEurope #EMCM #SolvayLifelongLearning #Cybersecurity #PaloAltoNetworks #Graduation2026 #AISecurity #CybersecurityLeaders Women4Cyber Foundation Belgian Cyber Security Coalition Alina Kobal
