Planned shutdowns create a valuable opportunity to complete upgrades that are difficult to address during normal production. For one packaging supplier, that meant modernizing obsolete controls and drive systems within a limited shutdown window. Solution Services coordinated multiple divisions to complete PLC replacement, Ethernet communications integration, AC motor and drive installation, conduit and wiring, testing and alignment.
