Over the past two days, our Service Delivery team came together for Service Connect 2026. While we explored the changing energy landscape, customer expectations, and operational challenges, one theme sat at the centre of every conversation: connection. Connection between our asset management team, our planning and works management team, our major and capital works team our field technicians and our support teams. Connection between our strategy and the work we do every day. Connection between the decisions we make and the customers who rely on us. And connection between today’s challenges and tomorrow’s opportunities. As our industry continues to evolve, technology, regulations and customer expectations will continue to change. But our success will always depend on people working together with a shared purpose and commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and essential services.
