At Australian Energy Week, Solstice Energy CEO, Phaedra Deckart, spoke about consumer choice and participation in the energy transition.   Drawing on our experience supporting customers through real-world energy transitions, the presentation explored the importance of affordability, trust and practical pathways that work for consumers.   A key message from the session: "The transition will only ever move at the speed consumers are willing and able to move."
