SECI was felicitated by Shri Acharya Devvrat, Honorable Governor of Gujarat, for the successful CSR project supporting the screening of cervical cancer among women in Banaskantha district, Gujarat. Under this project, a total of 1,000 women were screened for cervical cancer. Additionally, SECI also organised several awareness camps across Banaskantha district to educate women on early detection and preventive measures for cervical cancer. This award was presented to SECI in the presence of Shri Rajeev Topno, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Gujarat, at Lok Bhavan, Gandhinagar. SECI extends its sincere appreciation to the Indian Red Cross Society, Gujarat State Branch, the implementation partner, for the successful execution of this project.
