Big news for me 🎉 My abstract has been accepted for the Conference of Defence Associations Institute's 28th Annual Graduate Student Conference - Canada's largest graduate conference in defence and security. 📄 My paper makes a simple argument: 🔹 Canada knows how to build Arctic defence infrastructure. But, it has no clear plan for who restores it after an attack, or how fast. “The Commercial Reconstitution Gap: Restoration Lag in Canada's North" goes in front of judges from government, industry, think tanks, and academia from across the country.
