The first half of the year went by incredibly fast, but we managed to achieve a lot along the way. Looking back at H1 2026 across Software Mind Americas, it's impressive to see how much has happened in just six months. We created new opportunities to connect, from Coffee Talks and in-person gatherings to initiatives that brought colleagues together across countries. We listened to our people, celebrated important moments, strengthened our communication and continued finding new ways to improve the overall employee experience. We also had a lot of fun along the way. Challenges, conversations, shared experiences and, of course, the World Cup – with predictions, team spirit and even our own personalized Sticker Album. ⚽ Some moments happened online. Others happened in our offices and during visits across the region.
