The first half of the year gave us plenty of opportunities to do something that's deeply rooted in our culture – sharing knowledge. We believe that learning goes both ways. That's why we're always happy to step outside our offices, meet students, young professionals, as well as the wider tech community, and talk about the topics we're passionate about. Over the past six months, our colleagues have been busy speaking, teaching, mentoring and connecting with future talent. Together, we: • Delivered a lecture at Cracow University of Technology on software architecture and what every student should know before starting their career. • Organized our global From Curiosity to Career initiative to celebrate International Women's Day, bringing together professionals and students through one online webinar across Europe and two university events in the Americas to talk about careers in IT. • Co-hosted a GenAI Cracow meetup, creating space for conversations around one of today's most exciting technologies. • Shared cybersecurity insights during the CyberWave Conference. • Delivered an AI & Machine Learning lecture at Warsaw University of Technology. • Met students at the Job Fair organized by the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology (WEiTI) at Warsaw University of Technology. • Ran a hands-on cybersecurity workshop for students at AGH University of Krakow. A huge thank you to everyone who represented our company, shared their experience, answered countless questions and inspired others to explore careers in technology. We're looking forward to many more conversations, workshops and events in the months ahead.
