I’ve always believed that elite sports and business have more in common than most people think. It’s about putting in the work – consistently, over time. About handling setbacks. And about being challenged – and actively seeking it. That’s why I’m especially motivated to be part of the SheSkillz Global mentoring program. An initiative working toward a world where talent has no gender, connecting ambitious women with experienced mentors across industries and borders. After two conversations with my mentor, Guro Askheim Johnsen and participating in a webinar, one thing is clear: This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. → honest reflections → new perspectives → and, most importantly, clear expectations for growth It challenges me in the same way sports did, just in a new arena. I’m looking forward to learning more, being pushed further, and continuing to develop alongside strong women who have chosen to go all in. And a big thank you to Lyreco’s P&C Director, Sverre Holger Jensen, my direct manager and Sales Director, Jon Georg Husby, and Managing Director Nina M. Skramstad for this opportunity. It means more than you know. Let’s see how far a performance mindset can take us beyond the arena. #mentoring #leadership #development #performance #sheskillzglobal
