THE TEAM 👋 Our in-house tech team loves experimenting with AI – we could have created a glossy, hyper-polished image of ourselves. Instead, we chose honesty. What matters most to us is who we are together: people who genuinely enjoy each other’s company, look out for one another, and have built trust that feels more like family than a conventional team. That spirit matters deeply in the start-up phase, where the work is intense and the rewards aren’t always immediate. Xiangzhong Meng • Graduated with Distinction from Imperial College, Financial Engineering • Quantitative finance and risk-focused researcher  • Skilled in end-to-end analytics delivery, bridging technical implementation with clear stakeholder communication Keshav Doyal • Service Design graduate from the Royal College of Art, UK. • Service Designer and User Researcher with experience in Defence, Healthcare, and Public Policy. • Former Business and Strategy Consultant in the non-profit and learning sectors.  We’re proud of this team, and we’re just getting started. #sofiaahealth #sofiaa
