We are delighted to announce SPA's People Analytics Course Explorer (CE) product team, building on the great work of our inaugural 2025 team: Dirk Jonker and Yuyan Sun. People Analytics is growing fast, but most HR professionals were never trained for it. The SPA Course Explorer is a curated, searchable directory of people analytics courses and programs that helps anyone find the right learning path, wherever they are in their career. The inaugural team built the foundation: a working prototype with 100+ searchable courses and a framework for growing the database. Thank you, Dirk and Yuyan, for getting this off the ground and creating a platform for the community to build on. The new CE Team of volunteers is led by Hilary Blanchard and includes Livia Moreira, Yliana Trujillo, Ritima Trivedi, Emily Haydo, John O. DeVille, and Anthony Abavelim. The team is supported by SPA’s Education Chair, Amit Mohindra, and Dirk Jonker. The CE team’s VISION is to be the go-to global resource for people analytics learning and used by practitioners, educators, and organizations to discover and invest in the right knowledge. The team’s MISSION is to build and maintain a trusted, easily accessible directory of people analytics courses and programs that empowers learners at every stage of their career. The team’s 2026 PRIORITIES include:  - Expanding the course database with academic and practitioner programs globally - Partnering with universities and course providers to keep listings current and accurate - Connecting the Course Explorer with SPA’s Body of Knowledge and Mentor Connect to create an integrated learning ecosystem - Driving awareness and adoption of the Course Explorer across the people analytics community #SocietyPeopleAnalytics #PeopleAnalytics #CE #CourseExplorer
