Mentorship can change the trajectory of a career, especially in a field evolving as quickly as people analytics. Society for People Analytics is excited to announce the Mentor Connect 2026 Cohort, launching this Summer. Mentor Connect is a six-month, member-driven mentorship program designed to help SPA members grow, connect, and support the next generation of people analytics professionals. Mentor Connect will pair early-career professionals with experienced practitioners for structured 1:1 mentorship focused on skill development, career guidance, and professional connection. This cohort is designed for: - Mentees: Early-career professionals with 1–5 years of experience in people analytics who are looking to build skills, navigate career challenges, and expand their professional network. - Mentors: Experienced professionals with 3+ years in people analytics who want to give back to the community, support emerging talent, and strengthen their own leadership skills. The program is open to current SPA members. spots may be limited, so act fast.
