Body of Knowledge (BoK) Launch Party! Join us for an exciting milestone as the SPA Education Committee officially unveils the new People Analytics Body of Knowledge (BoK). This resource has been developed to bring clarity to one of the field’s most common questions: What exactly falls within the scope of people analytics? During this launch event, you’ll hear directly from the team behind the BoK — Ramy Adel, Jaya Maharajah, and Leonidas Guadalupe — as they share why the BoK was created, how it came together, what it includes, and what it intentionally does not. They will also outline how members of the community can contribute to shaping future updates and supporting the formalization of the BoK.
