We built an immersive space that showcased The North Face Footwear in a bold setting, bringing the outdoor world right into the city 🏔️ To connect product with community, we added a simple loyalty mechanic: SNIPES clique members could customize their own carabiner on-site and take home a free The North Face x SNIPES mini bag - of course for free! A detail worth highlighting: The mini bags were upcycled from pre-loved jackets, turning sustainability into a tangible goodie. The result: strong in-store traction, longer customer engagement, and a launch moment that blended product storytelling with real community value.
