Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Student Counsellor with a strong background in Australia and New Zealand student immigration processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant counselling experience, a deep understanding of visa procedures, and the ability to guide students through the entire application journey. Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and up-to-date advice on Australian and New Zealand study programs, universities, and visa requirements. Counsel students on course selection, admission procedures, and scholarship opportunities. Assist students in preparing and submitting university and visa applications. Maintain relationships with partner institutions and stay updated on policy changes. Conduct follow-up meetings with students to track progress and address concerns. Achieve monthly and quarterly student recruitment targets. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor or Education Consultant. Strong knowledge of Australia and New Zealand immigration & student visa processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred). Preferred Experience in handling GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) requirements.
