50 years ago today, Smit officially opened its first office in Singapore from the converted garage of our then MD. We are extremely proud of our 1st Generation colleagues, Mr Abel Dutilh and all colleagues who subsequently contributed to our impact and to the succes of our clients in the region. The professionalism, mentality and above all passion of our staff is the foundation that the company is build on and that promises more for the future! The national anthem "Majulah Singapura" says it all (translated: Onward Singapore). Singapore, our home in Asia, home of many clients and colleagues, and home of progress that we hold close to our hearts.
