On April 10, 2026, Mr. CHEA Sophak, Chief Executive Officer of SME Bank, attended the opening ceremony of the “9th National Day for the Promotion of Khmer Products and Sangkran” in Kampong Thom Province. The event was organized by the National Committee for One Village One Product. This event has been held since 2018; this annual celebration promotes National Products across provinces, and in 2026 marked its 9th edition held in Kampong Thom Province. This event aims to foster a national spirit, encourage the use of Khmer products during the Khmer New Year, and provide a platform for SME owners to showcase their innovations for promoting domestic enterprises, the event contributes to strengthening Cambodia’s economy.
