We are blown away by the momentum building behind Step Up for Smart Works 🚶‍♀️ Before the challenge has even officially begun, one of our incredible volunteers Megan El-Garidi has already smashed her £300 fundraising target and gone even further, raising over £500, taking her to the very top of the leaderboard! And the challenge hasn’t even started yet… So, what is Step Up for Smart Works? From 1-10 May, we’re challenging you to step up and walk 10k, 15k, or 20k all while raising vital funds to support unemployed women into work. While we celebrate this amazing early success, the reality remains stark: too many women across the UK are still facing unemployment, lacking the confidence, clothing, and coaching they need to secure a job and rebuild their independence.
