Today’s 6/19/26. I shared the transformation from STEP 1 to S2 & finally S3 where PTSD is no longer present. Sharing this methodology created by those around me HERE & in 23+ spaces online. The difference is obvious.

If I can get out of my house & MOVE, I can be retriggered by #location & #places & GOING NORTH since signs 2009 when I moved into my condo & figure out/describe the #triggers. As healthcare got worse & worse all because a #neurologist, Yvonne Curran, decided to not respond to the feedback, “you sent me to a pill mill,” & why her words, “I’ve heard good things,” is on replay. I am 100% certain she will do this again. Also, CPS in this federal court case when students with #specialneeds #disability were denied a classroom in 2014-2015 SY “read” a letter stating how I was into #rockclimbing & quite good at it asking about the injury I sustained. So, did they read the letter or just blatantly decided to say exactly the opppsite of what’s in it. This is being said in court & I’m just saying, “no,” & “is there an advocate who can assist me with reading & filling out this form?” I was #PROSE & why #lawyers who recommended Robin Potter, the only Midwest attorney who can take on this case, informs me there’s not enough resources & #abuseofpower knows it! There’s another letter coming by a parent who reflected on #positivereinforcement in my classroom… So, the biggest difference is #PHYSICAL, from movement to none & going NORTH because #LINCOLNPARK is north of me. I have some strategies for this… 🤔 PAWS Chicago & how Ivy prompted the #adoption of two animals! Well done 😻 Arhaus because I relied on recommendations by safe people (during this time of trauma) almost exclusively & why I have a #yellow couch #bouldering is going well but the goal is to sweat 💦
