We were delighted to welcome Dr Hamid Razak, Advisor to Jurong Spring Grassroots Organisations, and his Health Taskforce team to St Luke’s Hospital for a valuable exchange on advancing community health and wellness. The visit provided an opportunity to share our mission and the work we do each day to care for patients, caregivers, and the wider community. We also had insightful discussions to better understand the needs of residents and explore how healthcare providers and grassroots partners can work together to strengthen support for the community. As healthcare increasingly extends beyond hospital settings, strong partnerships within the community become ever more important. Through collaboration, we can better support residents in staying healthy, ageing well, and accessing care closer to home.
