AI isn't the advantage. Customer Lifecycle Intelligence is. The smartest customer programs aren't waiting for someone to ask for a reference. They're listening across onboarding, customer calls, product usage, renewals, and customer movement to uncover opportunities earlier. The result isn't more data. It's better timing, stronger proof, and customer signals that lead to meaningful action. And maybe the most important part: AI isn't replacing the human side of customer marketing. It's giving us more time for it. More relationships. More trust. More meaningful customer stories. Because at the end of the day, that's still what great customer programs are built on.
