Please meet the D3 Navigators Otto Bommer, Head of Avionics, and Ralph Schuppenhauer, Head of Air Traffic Control. Dipl.-Ing. (BA) Otto Bommer is an experienced engineer and technical/project manager in aerospace, railway and military projects. He was program manager for the @Airbus A400M mission management computer. He led Airbusell Regelsysteme Engineering Site and was VP of product development at Becker Avionics. Otto has substantial experience in all aspects of Safety-Critical systems engineering, a defining aspect of D3’s design tenets. Dipl.-Inform. Ralph Schuppenhauer contributes the considerable experience he gained at DFS Deutsche Flugsicherung GmbH where he was Head of Product Development for Germany's Next Generation Air Traffic Control System. He was also Program Manager for a Single European Sky Interoperability Standardization program. He has a deep knowledge of high-tech ecosystems and the capability to structure partnership agreements to implement collaborative technological innovation.
