ℹ The consultation bears fruit: Skyguide expects fewer redundancies following consultation process The many contributions received from employees and social partners helped shape the final restructuring measures and are expected to reduce the number of redundancies to around half of the originally projected maximum of 220. While the planned workforce reduction and efficiency measures remain necessary to ensure Skyguide's long-term sustainability, a significant proportion of the reduction is expected to be managed through socially responsible measures such as early retirement schemes. A fair social plan will also be put in place to support affected employees. At the same time, Skyguide's Board of Directors has approved the company's future strategic direction, with a focus on its core mission as Switzerland's air navigation service provider.
