Advanced GenderTick — reaccredited once again! ✔️   We’re proud to share that SkyCity has been reaccredited with Advanced GenderTick recognition, reflecting the progress we continue to make in building a more inclusive and equitable workplace across our diverse organisation.   With around 4,500 employees who collectively speak or write more than 60 languages, diversity is one of SkyCity’s greatest strengths. Creating an environment where people feel safe, supported and able to be themselves matters deeply to us.   As a foundation member of GenderTick, we first joined in 2018. Since then, we’ve continued to listen, learn and take meaningful action alongside our people to strengthen gender equity and inclusion across the business.   A big thank you to everyone across SkyCity who has contributed to this achievement and continues to help shape the culture we want to create together.
