🚨 Another key step forward for #Gennaker Skyborn Renewables and Stadtwerke München GmbH (SWM) have agreed to form a strategic partnership for the Gennaker offshore wind project, with SWM acquiring a 25% stake. This milestone is about one thing: putting the right setup in place to deliver. With SWM joining, Gennaker gains a partner with deep expertise in infrastructure and a strong, long-term commitment to the energy transition in Germany. Coming just days after securing a long-term PPA, this marks the next logical step, strengthening the project as it moves towards construction.
