Today we’re welcoming Karen Blackett CBE to Sky’s Diversity Advisory Council. With a career spanning the creative, media and advertising industries, Karen brings deep experience and a long-standing commitment to driving inclusive growth. Her perspective will be an important part of how we continue to challenge and evolve our approach to diversity, equity and inclusion. We also want to thank Baroness Prashar and Ndidi Okezie OBE, who step down after five years on the Council. Their contribution has helped shape the progress we’ve made and the work still ahead. Our Diversity Advisory Council plays a key role in how we listen, learn and hold ourselves to account, and we’re grateful to all its members for the role they play.
