Jiří Dědek works as a coordinator in the tooling department at Škoda Auto, but his work reaches far beyond one brand or one country. "We don’t manufacture for Škoda only. We work for the entire Group. Right now, for example, we are producing tooling for the Audi plant in China," he explains. At the same time, the team is working on multiple international projects – including two projects in Spain for the Epiq model, tooling for Volkswagen in Portugal, and new production ramp-ups in Mladá Boleslav.
