From coast to coast, how we eat says a lot about who we are. As Canada’s homegrown delivery network, we took a look back at our data to see how Canadians across the country fueled their July 1st celebrations last year. The results are a beautiful, delicious mix of homegrown classics and globally inspired favourites that tell a uniquely Canadian story. 🇨🇦🍟🍔 While poutine defended its title as the undisputed national MVP – with orders jumping 22% on the holiday – our regional cravings showed just how diverse our palates really are: ▪️ British Columbia rolled into the holiday with California rolls topping local orders. ▪️ Ontario leaned into comfort with garlic naan emerging as a standout favourite. ▪️ Manitoba stayed loyal to a hometown classic, with the iconic Fat Boy burger leading the charge. ▪️ New Brunswick spiced things up with tacos taking the top spot. ▪️ Quebec stayed true to its roots, landing three different styles of poutine in the top 10. Shoutout to a group in Mississauga who truly understood the assignment for feeding a crowd, placing a single order for more than 70 bánh mì sandwiches! Whether it's garlic fingers in Nova Scotia or garlic naan in Ontario, the data proves that what brings us together is our shared love of great food. ❤️ #Skip #WeAreSkip #DataInsights #BehindTheData
